Sign In or Create an Account

To access all portal features, sign in to your account. Don’t have one? Click "Sign In / Register" in the top-right corner to create an account. You’ll need your IWA account number and your last payment amount to proceed.

• New members making a first payment: Enter 0 for the last payment amount.

Quick Payment Option

Want to make a payment without creating an account? No problem! You’ll still need your IWA account number and last payment amount. Simply click here or select "Utility Billing" on the right side of the page.

ACH Auto-Draft Enrollment

Simplify your payments with ACH auto-draft:

• Enroll: Complete the ACH enrollment form here.
• Already enrolled? If your bill says "PAID BY DRAFT", no action is needed. Your payment will be automatically processed on the due date.
• Credit balance? A bill marked "NO PAYMENT DUE" means your account has a credit balance, and no payment is required.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Please note:

• A flat fee of $2.00 and a 6.75% processing fee apply to all credit and debit card payments.
• Avoid fees by enrolling in ACH auto-draft using our online form located here.

Using Bank Bill Pay Services

If you use your bank’s bill pay service, ensure your IWA account number is included in the memo section for faster processing and to avoid service interruptions.
